How to Merge Scanned PDFs Safely
Scanned PDFs often contain IDs, bank statements, contracts, or application documents. A browser-based merge workflow keeps those files on your device while you assemble the final packet.
Name files before merging
Rename files in the order you want them to appear, such as 01-cover, 02-id, and 03-bank-statement. This makes it easier to spot mistakes before downloading the merged PDF.
Fix page direction first
If some scans are sideways, rotate those PDFs before merging. It is easier to correct orientation before the final combined file is created.
Compress the final packet
Scanned PDFs can become large quickly. After merging, compress the final file so it is easier to email, upload, and store.
