PDFKit v2.0 — 7 New Tools, Pin Favorites & Redesigned Navigation

February 11, 20263 min read

This is our biggest update yet! We've added 7 brand-new PDF manipulation and conversion tools, a pinnable favorites system to keep your most-used tools one click away, and completely redesigned the header navigation for faster access. As always, everything runs 100% in your browser — no uploads, no servers.

Improvements

Pin Favorite Tools

Pin up to 5 frequently used tools to a "Your Favorites" section on the dashboard. Stored locally in your browser — 100% private.

Redesigned Header Navigation

New dropdown mega-menus organized by category — PDF Tools, Convert to PDF, Convert from PDF, and More Tools.

5-Column Dashboard Grid

The tool grid now displays up to 5 columns on large screens, making all tools easier to browse at a glance.

🔒 Still 100% Private

Every new tool follows our core promise — all file processing happens locally in your browser. Your PDFs, spreadsheets, and presentations never leave your device. Not even the new Pin Favorites feature uses a server — your preferences are saved using localStorage, which stays entirely on your machine.
