10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
At PDFKit, we strive for customer satisfaction. Our cancellation and refund policies are governed by Indian law and the following terms:
- Free Tools: Most of our tools are free. No cancellation or refund is applicable for free usage.
- Paid Licenses: If you purchase a Pro license, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if the license has not been activated or used to process files beyond the free tier limits.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues that prevent the tool from working as described, please contact support.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Stripe) within 5-7 business days.
